Blaisie Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Cost We offer a flat rate of £5.99 on all orders — no surprises at checkout!

Made to Order All Blaisie products are 3D printed especially for you, which means each item is made from scratch once your order is placed. We love that this means less waste and a product made just for you — but it does mean we need a little extra time to get it ready.

Delivery Timeframe Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be made and delivered. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Fragile Items & Packaging Our 3D printed products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We'll do our best to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at blaisie.boutique@gmail.com within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
